"Courage, dear heart" is inked on my skin. An encouragement to always be brave. I didn't think I would ever be open to everyone knowing my story but how can I expect a system to be changed when no one knows its broken in the first place. The mental health system is Ireland is beyond flawed. I want people to know what happens after you ask for help. The ups and downs of my battle with mental health.
